What is Atline Analysis?

In an Atline system the analytical unit is positioned directly at the process line. Manual sampling and measurements occur at various sampling points of the production line. This proximity combined with the modular concept – all analytical modules are accommodated in a single dust and splash proof housing – allows an efficient process control through the straightforward determination of all process-relevant parameters.

Atline measurements

In an Atline system the sample is taken manually and then fed into the system. In this way different samples from various process stages or units can be easily analyzed. In contrast, in an on-line system the sample is fed automatically to the analyzer via a bypass. This means that an increased effort is required to cover several baths or measuring points.
